Every young person deserves the opportunity to build a future with dignity.
But in Sange, Eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo, thousands of vulnerable Muslim youth and women have grown up surrounded by conflict, poverty, and instability. For many families, access to education, employment, and vocational training simply doesn't exist.
Without opportunities, too many young people are left with impossible choices—risk their lives searching for income through dangerous and illegal activities, or remain trapped in a cycle of poverty with little hope for a better tomorrow.
It doesn't have to be this way.
We're building a Vocational Training Center that will give vulnerable Muslim youth and women the practical skills they need to earn an honest living and become financially independent.
Instead of relying on unstable income or dangerous work, students will receive hands-on vocational training that opens the door to sustainable livelihoods.

Each program will run for six months, after which students will graduate with practical skills, a certificate of completion, and greater confidence to build a brighter future for themselves and their families.
More than a school, this center will become a place where hope is restored, confidence is built, and lives are transformed.
Sange is located in South Kivu, Eastern DR Congo—an area that has experienced years of armed conflict and economic hardship.
Although the region is rich in natural resources, many local families remain among the poorest in the country. Employment opportunities are extremely limited, and insecurity continues to disrupt daily life.
Without vocational education, many vulnerable youth struggle to find safe and legal ways to support themselves. Women are especially affected, often facing significant barriers to education, employment, and financial independence.
Providing practical skills creates more than jobs—it creates opportunities, stability, and hope for entire families.
Alhamdulillah, with the generosity of our supporters, construction of the vocational training center has already begun.
The classroom buildings and administration offices are already standing, bringing this vision closer to reality.
Now, we need your help to complete the final stage of construction so the center can begin serving the community as soon as possible.
Once completed, the center is expected to train approximately 360 students every year, welcoming new groups of learners every six months.
Students will also have opportunities to gain practical experience through internships before graduating, helping them develop the confidence and skills needed to secure employment or start their own small businesses.
This is not just a one-time project.
It is an investment that will continue transforming lives for years to come.
